Ben is Founder & Partner of Alderman Enterprises and Co-Founder of its predecessor, Alderman Holdings. Prior to founding Alderman Enterprises, Ben’s professional experience included M&A advisory, corporate finance, venture capital, market research, and operations across a wide range of industries.
Ben serves on the board of the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga and as a Trustee of The Baylor School. Ben earned a BA in Economics from The University of Virginia and an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
As Chief of Staff, Autumn spearheads the development and execution of special projects. She serves in a dynamic capacity, by establishing partnerships across Alderman’s network that ultimately support business development and growth strategies.
Autumn's background is in the high-growth startup scene and family business environment. Autumn studied at Samford University's Brock School of Business and graduated from its honors program in 2017.
Prior to joining Alderman Enterprises as its Vice President of Accounting & Finance, Barry worked at a regional accounting firm as a M&A financial due diligence consultant across a wide range of industries for both platform and add-on transactions.
Barry attended East Tennessee State University and obtained his M.Acc. at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Barry lives in Ooltewah, TN with his wife Samantha, his children Harrison and Maddilyn, and their dog Riley.
